We recommend that you change your account to an IMAP account. An IMAP account differs from a POP3 account in that all the emails stay on the server and are viewed remotely from your email client (Outlook, Outlook Express, ThunderBird, etc.). The emails are only put on your computer when you move the emails to a folder. You are also able to use our web application, RoundCube, which allows you to view your email from anywhere in the world via the internet. Read Entry

Check with some of the firm's existing or previous clients and have a series of questions ready. A great question to ask is, "What is your worst experience with the firm, and how did they handle it?" All firms will have instances where they have a poor experience with a client. The difference between a solid firm and a poor one is how they handle these poor experiences.
